I did have a problem recently with Ver 5.3.6 on Prometheus, (GTX-750 TI), in Win 7 Pro 圆4. I thought that your Shortcut had disappeared. It's running cause the fans on the GPU are responding to the defaults but I can't access the GUI. It just doesn't show the GUI on the desktop. The shortcut is on the desktop, and on the start menu. Also, right click on Shortcut again, and "Send To" -> Desktop, and see if it will put the Shortcut back on the Desktop that way. Then launch from Start Menu to make fan adjustments. Right click on Precision X Shortcut there, and click "Pin to Start Menu". Start -> All Programs -> EVGA Precision X I haven't encountered this problem myself. The good news is that it still is running but I'm unable to adjust the fan curve like I had it. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling, same effect.
