Notice that when you exit bitcomet, open your task manager, go to process tab and you'll see that bitcomet is still running. Bitcomet will do a hash check and continue where you left off. And so far no crashes and system doesn't slow down. I'm just assuming here because I saw the RAM usage drop a mile then go up then drop a mile and go up and so on. Since it's a stand alone I think it does is it downloads pieces and caches in RAM, when the piece is downloaded fully then only it'll write to disk. At least it doesn't seem to look like one. Well worth the try to whoever's interested.Įdit : I don't think it's a memory leak. Still it's so far running faster than deluge. Ups and downs but averaging about half my actual connection speed. So far eats 50Mb but speeds are somewhat okay. Now downloading 7Gb file zipped into 95Mb pieces, the ultimate test. 0.84 cannot download >< need to register and then need certain amount of "points" to download.Ġ.66 so far eats about 30Mb for standard 1 episode show, single file.
